not always that simple, I have got a lot of resistence, it takes time to find an intelligent cs rep that knows how to search their PSA

But it is possible, huh? I've tried (only once) to no avail. I guess I need to be more persistant. So, you're talking about calling a Sprint cs rep, not the SERO reps...is that right?

Thanx! 😎

Exactly...
It's not that we can't do it because we are stupid...
It's that we are not allow to do it...
You need to do it through the website...
About the sero plan...
You need to be refferenced by a sprint employee...
And actually he has to do it over the website...
Once you do this you will recive the phone...
On the other hand ARMYSF...
I get that you guy are the customers, but belive me...
It's not always as simple of yelling that you want it...
It's not all about call Customer Care and get it done...
And it wouldn't hurt you every once in a while to actually be respectful...

I have a couple of questions about the SERO plan, can it be used with the hybrid phones? do they have a family share plan or would they need to set up 2 seperate SERO plans on the same account? If somebody already receives a corporate discount because of their employer can they get a sero plan? How would someone sign up for a SERO plan?

1-888-524-7379).

One last thing though I was doing some reading and text messaging is not included, I had read where some of you said the SERO plans had unlimited text messaging, I think you might want to look at that again it has unlimited numeric messaging, text messaging is still charged at .15 per text or I think you can sign up for a texting plan. If I misunderstood wh...

I am corporate. Searching for the code in PSA you can find it, but if you try to add it, it gives the error Code expired in CSA.

Attach the SERO unlimited code with the SERO offer code. If not, call manager hotline, and they will get that plan set up. I've already had the unlimited SERO text attached for several of my friends through manager hotline.
